CS 437 Introduction to Data Mining

Introduces fundamental concepts and methodologies in data mining. Covers the types, attributes and quality of data and gives an overview of data mining algorithms in various real-world tasks, e.g., clustering, classification, regression, and outlier detection. Prepares students to build a whole data mining pipeline, from data preprocessing and model training to model testing and validation.
