PA 582 Public Budgeting Processes
Provides an overview of public budgeting concepts and procedures. The course is designed to help students develop a foundational understanding of budgeting theories and practices in the public sector. It focuses on state and local government budgeting and appropriations processes, budget actors, as well as the nexus between policy decision-making and budgeting.
