PA 540 Organization Management and Behavior
Provides students with an overview of public and nonprofit organization management. The course introduces students to essential concepts and practices necessary to manage public and nonprofit organizations toward purposeful outcomes in the public interest. Students will gain a better understanding of effective teamwork, creative decision making, performance management, organization culture and communication, organizational design, power and authority, and leadership. Building inclusive and equitable public and nonprofit organizations is emphasized.
