The Office of International Partnerships (OIP) is the hub for all Portland State University international partnership activity and is committed to facilitating connections between PSU faculty and staff to the international community. We support a wide range of partnership activity, including undergraduate transfer programs, study abroad at PSU, COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning), and more.
