Indigenous Nations Studies (INST) is an interdisciplinary department with coursework drawn from emerging and Native scholars and interweaves Indigenous Ways of Knowing with elements from Anthropology, Biology, English, Environmental Science, History, Public Administration, Social Work, and other departments and schools. The substantive focus of this curriculum is the sovereignty, scholarship, cultures and futures of Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and global Indigenous communities.
